ARTICLE 4 / PRIX 4.1

Les prix des produits sont fixés en francs suisses et incluent la TVA aux taux en vigueur lors de la commande.

4.2

LA PHARMACIE peut modifier les prix à tout moment. Le prix exigible est celui qui figure sur PHARMACOLLECT au moment de la commande, sauf erreur ou omission.

4.3

Pour les produits dont le prix à l'unité peut varier, le prix sur la confirmation de commande indique le maximum exigible de « La Pharmacie » pour une quantité correspondante livrable.

ARTICLE 5 / COMMANDE 5.1

La commande est définitive après l'envoi au client de la confirmation de commande par courrier électronique depuis PHARMACOLLECT.

5.2

LA PHARMACIE se réserve le droit d’annuler une commande, tout ou en partie, sans frais ni compensation ou indemnité, pour quelque motif que ce soit et cela sans justification. Le client en est alors informé par e-mail, il est dans ce cas intégralement remboursé de ses versements par LA PHARMACIE.

5.3

Les commandes définitives acquittées sont enregistrées dans le dossier patient du client et viennent, le cas échéant, se cumuler au système de points fidélité. En cas d'annulation ou de retour de commandes les points précédemment acquis par les produits retournés sont annulés.

ARTICLE 6 / REMISE DES PRODUITS 6.1

La remise des produits à l'officine sous le contrôle d’un pharmacien ou la livraison à domicile

est le mode ouvert à tous les clients, sauf information contraire de LA PHARMACIE. 6.2

Exceptionnellement, il peut être demandé que la commande soit envoyée par service postal. Dans ce cas, la commande du client est remise au pharmacien responsable qui examine si l’envoi est possible dans le cadre de la règlementation sanitaire et des usages officinaux.

Ensuite, LA PHARMACIE prend contact avec le client pour l’informer de la décision du pharmacien et du processus officinal de traitement de sa commande par LA PHARMACIE telle qu’elle a été validée.

Le report de délivrance d'un produit pour des raisons de disponibilité n'est pas un motif d'annulation de commande par le client et ne lui donne aucun droit particulier sur le prix de vente du produit ou autres avantages. En cas d'indisponibilité de produit ou de prolongation du délai d'obtention des produits commandés, le client sera averti par LA PHARMACIE.

6.4

Pour toutes les marchandises commandées et non prélevées, passé 5 jours ouvrés, le client sera contacté pour lui rappeler un dernier délai de 48h pour prendre possession de sa commande ou donner ses instructions. Sans nouvelle de sa part, passé cette limite, la commande sera annulée et les produits commandés expressément seront retournés chez le fournisseur. Les frais éventuels sont dus par le client et le solde de son avoir éventuel mis à sa disposition sous forme de bon d'achat valable 1 an.

ARTICLE 7 / FRAIS DE LIVRAISON 7.1

Les livraisons à domicile dans le périmètre décrit dans la rubrique "A propos/Service de livraison à domicile" sont offertes. Pour toutes livraisons en dehors de ce périmètre, les livraisons seront effectuées par service postale selon les tarifs en vigueur le jour de la commande. Les frais d'envois postaux sont à la charge du client.

7.2
